We offer a wide range of rental bikes so you can experience all that the Santa Cruz area has to offer. Electric and traditional mountain bikes are available in all Epicenter Stores.
Reserve Your Bike
Reserving your bike online is the BEST way to secure your bike rental ahead of time. Walk-Ins are welcome but will be instructed to complete the reservation process through our online portal. By using our online reservation portal you can confirm the reservation, complete the waiver, and pay for your rental ahead of time. On the day of your reservation, a member of our sales staff will confirm your reservation and get you out riding as soon as possible.
You may pick up your rental bike at the time you select, or anytime after that.
Bikes must be returned by closing time; otherwise you’ll be charged $150 plus an additional day.
Sizes vary and are subject to availability.

Full Suspension Electric Mountain Bike

Trek Slash 8

Slash 8 is an enduro mountain bike that rolls on fast 29er wheels and floats on plush RockShox suspension with SRAM's newest GX Eagle handling drivetrain duties. An aluminum frame with fresh new tech and tough alloy wheels push this bike into the sweet spot for all-around rippers.

Pedal assist e-bike designed for comfort and fun!

Accident Coverage
Accident coverage available: Hard-tail $10 (covers up to $150 in damage); full suspension $15 (covers up to $300 in damage). You will have the option to purchase Accident Coverage when booking your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only made in event of cancellation due to acts of nature.
Did You Fall in Love?
If you rent a bike and decide that you can’t live without it, we’ll gladly put your rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike. Take home a new bicycle within 30 days of your bike rental and we’ll credit you up to two(2) days worth of rental fees!
